I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm. 

I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age,  or sexual orientation. 

I will honestly represent my Tarot qualifications, including educational credentials, levels of certification, and experience. 

I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law. 

I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical,  or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. If trained in one of these areas,  I will differentiate between the tarot reading and any professional advice additionally provided. 

I will discuss and agree upon all fees (if any) with my clients in advance. Should a client wish to proceed beyond the originally agreed arrangement, all additional fees (if any) will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before proceeding. 

I will respect my clients' right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of prior consent. 

I recognize that all ATA members have the same rights and obligations, and I will always respect and honor my co-members.

Because of the craft of these items unless arrived broken or damaged I cannot accept returns or exchanges,

the following cannot be returned or exchanged: 

Custom spell work including perishables (oils, tinctures, sprays) and personalized items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, if an item is not returned properly the consumer is responsible for any loss in value.

There are NO returns for any consultations or spiritual readings. You will have 5 minutes to log in to your scheduled reading or you will be prompted to reschedule. This prevents holding up my following readings that may be scheduled. If you are having issues with logging on, you will be required to contact me with the number provided in your confirmation email. If you have missed your appointment you will be notified to reschedule. If you have not been given the notice to reschedule or respond to the email within 2 days, your payment has been forfeited. 

No information will be sold to 3rd parties. Any information is only handled by Herbal Honey Bee LLC to exclusively package and process orders.The only 3rd parties that will have access to your information are shipping companies and/or software management if needed to change current information whether it is change of payment or any other related issues. All orders are processed through a secure SSL. Your information is used to send and receive newsletters to you that you can opt out of at any time. You can request to view & change this information.
